It is a soothing class to reset the body, mind and nervous system. It is normally composed by few poses in about an hour class. The pace is slow and gentle, the main purposes is to open certain blockages in the body and mind; to recover the body from injuries and stress and to learn to relax the nervous system through some movements, poses and the support of props.
My approach is to support any therapy or treatment the student is following, understand the context and set goals with the students to improve their physical, mental or emotional challenges through a very relaxing method that can be learn easily and can be practiced at home daily.
