The first step is to get rid of all your processed food in the kitchen and even in the cleaning storage!

We invite you to look at all the ingredients in all of the processed and frozen food you stock. If they have preservatives, artificial coloring, flavors, sugars, sulfates, excess of sodium, they are harming your liver, your stomach and blood.
This is not a subject for a specialist or a nutritionist. You know better than nobody what you are eating, drinking and consuming.

Probably you won’t be able to get rid of all in one day, but the faster the better.
Look into the containers of all your cleaning products and get rid of all what contains chloride, abrasives and change for earth friendly goods. This will improve your, your family and pets health also.
Second step is to know what you need. Most people know what they have to avoid, but there are many myths.


1.Organic food is not going to improve your life in one day, one month or even a year. The difference between vegetables grown with pesticides and the ones without is that they produce compounds that will benefit more your organism. The results are going to happen if you commit to consume them daily and for at least one year.
 
2.Organic food is not as expensive as people think. The food industry is trying to promote campaign against healthy food. Is true that healthy food is becoming a big industry but is not doing as the big global corporations that can make more than 90 billion dollars a year. The more you can consume from local organic farmers the more health benefits you will receive and the better you will be contributing to the Earth!
 
3. Protein can only be obtained by animal products! False! Animals do not get their protein by eating meat! True! Most animals actually eat a plant based diet! Some consume grains but mostly plant based! So why not get our proteins straight from the plants themselves instead of a secondary way. Especially in these modern times there are so many new local entrepreneurs creating products and alternative ways to consume other sources of protein that does not have the fat, hormones and adrenaline of slaughtered animals. We will show you many ideas.
