January 2020
Now that the expectations of the greatest new year, the numerology, cards readers and cosmic previsions settle down, we can se more things as they are.
Closing a year and decade placed to much noise and illusions for the imagination.
It’s great to dream big and set intentions. They make us move on on life and create the energy of change, the engine for evolution and transcendence.
Although, once we set intentions, goals, objectives, plans, calendars, chronometers and all the measurements apps and best tracking systems; there are three relevant steps which I call the cherries of intention cake and they are:
1. Giving it to God
2. Bring to action for a higher reason
3. Letting go
The first one is related to faith and trust. It’s linked to stop controlling everything we want, the manipulation and the endless circle of wanting and grasping. The unsatisfied wanting leads to more suffering on the world and the mind. Giving it to God or the highest consciousness you believe on, allow to release a great amount of your responsibility and your inner wanting calms down. It also concede to the entire universe work harmoniously with you.
The second might be obvious because as soon as we set intentions we are supposed to take action whereas the procrastination appears one month after the intention was set because we left things behind during December. The routine is taking over and everyone/everything becomes a priority, our nice intentions become to a second place and we feel stagnated. Bringing to action for a higher purpose greater than ourselves helps to involve more people into it, be accountable to our partners, family, community, to God and make it an intention that will impact positively much more people than us and our closest ones.
The third is related to the first one and the second one, it means to give to God, take action and let go. How can we take action and let go? Because letting go doesn’t mean to contemplate our intentions on the sky and have great imagination, means to take action and flow like the waves letting the force of the ocean and the wholeness to guide . Many things depend on us and many others depend on thousands or external conditions, so we make our part, stay focus and always open to change certain aspects. By pushing or pressing to obtain what we want create tension, disconnection, changes the flow of the ocean and disrupt the wholeness, which create chaos and crisis afterwards.
With an intention of global connection, togetherness and understanding perspectives of everyone we are in contact we can contribute to a better world.
The 2020 started showing us that greed, ambition and power still some of the strongest intentions of the most powerful men. We need a to place more weight on being good human beings to balance the weight.
Everything we do, think, want, say and do, impacts our body, the people we love and the world.
May our intentions and purposes in 2020 contribute to a caring and compassionate world.
