At the end of the year, everything gets busier, stressful and we urge to finish our jobs, tasks and goals in order to be ready and get together with family and friends as soon as possible.
It’s exciting but it can be overwhelming in addition to our normal routine.
In these moments when there are so much mental health problems around the world due to stress, anxiety, comparison, competition, money, struggles; we need tools to compensate body, mind and spirit balance.
At the end of the year, it is essential to stop and make a genuine break to understand what happened during the year; in this case, the whole decade, and learn to use tools and experiences for the next one.
This workshop will allow you to unwind from the year, connect with yourself, your unmet needs and set your intentions for 2020!

The workshop will be divided in two:
1st part
Tuesday Dec 10rd, 6:45 pm to 9 pm
2nd part
Tuesday Dec 7th, 6:45pm to 9 pm
Within 4:30 hours you will study, practice, exchange and do the “work” for your 2020 routines.
Bring: comfortable clothes for yoga and meditation, notebook. We have mats, blankets and cushions. If you prefer bring yours.

$75 usd early bird prices till Dec 3rd.
